Matthew Rankin’s surreal, synesthesic short film The Tesla World Light is finally free for all to see. Let us hope Nikola Tesla’s utopian hope for free energy isn’t far behind.

I spoke with the brilliant Rankin before his electrifying interpolation of Tesla’s last days begging J.P. Morgan for funding took hold on the animation and cinema circuits. I’ve also covered for years the current electrification and decarbonization corporation currently capitalizing on Tesla’s name, whose leader Elon Musk has taken to some strange places indeed.
