You have to wait with buzz bands. You got to see if they can stick around after the hype has worn off. Which is another way of saying I don’t know too much about Bloc Party other than what I have read and heard.
And after a listen to their newest join Intimacy, I can say I like what I hear. Quite a bit, actually.

Born at the turn of the new century, this merry band of Cure revisionists rode a wave of crossover fame on the heels of their well-regarded releases “Silent Alarm” and “A Weekend in the City.” But the stakes have risen and impressing fans and moving units has become more complicated.
